Job summary

LGIM Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate Proposal Specialist within our Marketing team to support high-quality client proposals across investment products and asset classes.

You will coordinate responses to RFPs and DDQs, work with stakeholders across Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand standards and content accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination, development, and delivery of high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance and other teams to gather and refine content.
• Manage timelines for proposal delivery, highlighting risks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update proposal content within internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Track proposal activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Build knowledge of investment products, market trends and macroeconomic developments.

We’re looking for an Associate Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality client proposals across a range of investment products and asset classes. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge of financial markets while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating and producing compelling responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other client enquiries, helping to showcase our capabilities and support our commercial objectives. What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the coordination, development and delivery of high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance and other teams to gather and refine content
