Job summary

LMA Recruitment Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced investment operations professional to oversee transaction processing, portfolio administration and controls within a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency and compliance, working with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end trade processing, settlement, valuation and reconciliation; monitor regulatory adherence; drive process improvements; and coordinate with auditors and fund managers

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or related field.
• CFA or other finance certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience in investment operations, administration or accounting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end investment transactions, trade execution, settlement, valuation and reconciliation.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, guidelines and internal policies.
• Review and improve operational procedures to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
• Manage investment account administration, new mandates and fund launches/closures.
• Coordinate with fund managers, custodians and external providers.
