Job summary

Temasek is seeking a capable professional to join Global Transaction Services in Singapore. The role provides end-to-end investment support to trading and investment teams, ensuring accurate trade validation and timely record-keeping across asset classes.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, monitor corporate actions and proxy voting events, and drive process improvements through automation. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in middle/back-office securities operations preferred.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Meticulous team player who can work well independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to trading and investment teams.
• Validate trade details against counterparties’ confirmations and matching in CTM Omgeo.
• Record investments across various asset classes.
• Manage corporate actions and proxy voting events, including monitoring upcoming events, recording entitlements and notifying relevant internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for decision outcome and process instructions.
• Drive ongoing internal process enhancements through automation based on industry best practices.
• Assist and maintain SOP documentation.

Global Transaction Services

The Global Transaction Services Team (GTS) manages and delivers E2E trade support and settlement activities in an efficient manner whilst ensuring effective compliance and controls. The team also manages and maintains our institutional relationships with service providers such as banks, trading partners and other trade support services.
