Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a proactive professional for a 9-month contract in Singapore. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Wealth Investment Operations, Products, Front Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology to focus on risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development.

You will support end-to-end project migration activities, system checks, and BAU tasks while coordinating multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Some experience of working in a Bank in Operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products such as Mutual Funds/Equities/Fixed Income Securities and function and role of custodian will be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and coordinate different tasks and perform related follow-up until completion.
• Ability to communicate, present effectively.

Responsibilities

• The role will work cross-functionally with Wealth Investment Operation teams, Products, Front Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.
• Objectives will focus on key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development.
• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.
• Support/Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.
