Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail‑driven professional to support the Lead of Investment Management in managing ILP fund activities, governance, and fund initiatives. The role combines day‑to‑day operations with a focus on process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, investment products, wealth management, asset management, or related financial services.
• Exposure to investment-linked products, unit trusts, mutual funds, or investment operations would be advantageous.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, system enhancement projects, or UAT would be an added advantage.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and ad hoc ILP fund activities, including corporate actions, fund changes, closures, and dividend declarations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external fund managers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain fund information, documentation, and customer-facing content across platforms for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and controls to support governance.
• Support digitalisation, system enhancement, and transformation initiatives including testing and implementation.
• Support development, launch, and ongoing management of investment products and funds, including product specifications and client communications.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities for new products and fund launches.
• Prepare approval papers, management reports, and presentations; provide fund/product support to stakeholders and partners.
