Job summary

Crownstreams Global Wealth Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an administrative support professional to assist advisers in preparing and processing client onboarding documents and AI declarations.

You will coordinate AML/KYC checks, submit client information to external parties, and support insurer applications with meticulous attention to detail. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Comfortable using email, Excel, and online submission portals.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or fund operations is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously and follow up independently.
• Careful and detail-oriented with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client onboarding documents for investment fund applications accurately and timely.
• Communicate with clients to collect and follow up on application information as needed.
• Verify Accredited Investor (AI) declarations and ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant.
• Submit client information to external parties for AML/KYC checks and resolve any queries promptly.
• Process insurance applications submitted by advisers with attention to detail.
• Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission and follow up on missing items proactively.
• Liaise with advisers, fund partners, and service providers to maintain steady progress of applications.
• Perform additional administrative operations tasks as assigned to support team efficiency.
