Job summary

AIA INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data Science and Analytics team in Singapore. You will coordinate data sourcing, cleanses data, and support high-quality data delivery for investment analysis and reporting.

You will work across functions to strengthen data governance, document data lineage, and help build analytics capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with internship or project exposure to data sourcing, ETL, or data quality management.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, Python, Power Query is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of data cleansing, transformation, ETL processes, and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data sourcing with business users, data owners, tech teams, and data providers.
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources and standardise into templates.
• Transform unstructured inputs into structured datasets with traceability.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Maintain data quality checks, issue logs, and documentation; support team.
