Job summary

AIA Investment Management is seeking a Data Analyst to act as a central coordinator for data sourcing and management. You will collect, cleanse, transform and validate data for analytical and reporting use, ensuring accuracy and traceability across investment data and governance processes.

You will work with Excel, SQL, and Python to perform ETL, data preparation and quality assurance, while documenting data lineage and supporting analytics capabilities across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with data sourcing, ETL, data prep experience.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL and Python exposure would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail with ability to validate data against sources.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data sourcing with stakeholders and data owners.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into structured datasets.
• Perform ETL and data cleaning to ensure consistency.
• Conduct data quality checks and investigate data issues, documenting corrections.
• Maintain data dictionaries and process notes, supporting team knowledge sharing.
