The Associate will work closely with other team members and deal partners across the entire private equity deal cycle, from origination through exit.
The ideal candidate is a self-disciplined, highly motivated self-starter with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently within a team context. Hildrics Capital is looking for a graduate from a reputable university with a degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline and excellent academic results, along with 1-3 years of prior experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, management consulting firm, or auditing firm. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required, and familiarity with capital markets database platforms such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg is a plus. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, and a professional presence are essential for interacting with internal and external parties. Candidates should also bring strong financial acumen, exceptional financial modelling skills, sound judgment in assessing business models, people, and market opportunities, and a willingness to travel at short notice.
