Job summary

Wellington Management Company in Singapore is seeking a Business Associate to provide analytical support to the investment teams and coordinate inquiries from internal stakeholders.

The role involves conducting portfolio positioning, attribution/risk analyses, market trend reviews, and helping prepare marketing materials and RFP responses; you will also support client solutions and new investment approaches in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• University degree earned in 2025 or 2026.
• Degree focus in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred, but all degrees will be considered.
• Strong passion for investment management and markets.
• Demonstrated academics, community service, and/or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical leverage to the team and serve as a point of contact for inquiries about the investment teams and products under coverage.
• Perform analyses related to portfolio positioning, attribution/risk, market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing.
• Create and maintain marketing and client materials, review RFPs, respond to client questions, and support automation of workflow.
• Collaborate on development of client solutions and new investment approaches.
