Job summary

Wellington Management in Singapore is seeking a Senior Investment Compliance Analyst within the Investment Operations Team. You will support investment teams to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulations, and you will monitor and evaluate guidelines using the Sentinel system.

You will perform real-time pre-trade support and help resolve post-trade exceptions, working with Global Relationship Teams, Product Management and Portfolio Management to deepen understanding of investment

Qualifications

• Experience with investment types including equity, fixed income and derivative securities.
• Experience in guideline monitoring, investment operations, or compliance is advantageous.
• Energetic, self-confident, and inquisitive mindset.
• Self-starter, results-driven, and controls conscious.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to investment teams to ensure transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review Investment Management Agreements, evaluate client guidelines, and maintain the guideline monitoring system Sentinel.
• Perform real-time, pre-trade support with investors.
• Resolve post-trade incident exceptions from Sentinel.
• Collaborate with Guideline Monitoring Analysts and Global Relationship Teams, Product Management and Portfolio Management.
• Develop deep understanding of investment strategies relative to client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
