Qualifications

• Ten+ years of professional experience with investment professionals
• Strong consulting orientation and governance experience
• Ability to diagnose issues, iterate solutions, and drive initiatives to completion
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into clear regional plans.
• Track progress toward KPIs, identify obstacles, and develop solutions.
• Lead Business Planning with Functions and APAC Directors; collaborate with Finance on cost and productivity insights.
• Lead cross-platform initiatives to enhance APAC investment capabilities and operating model.
• Influence and align stakeholders across the region and global functions.
• Partner with Technology, BI, and COO Center of Excellence on data and tool improvements.
• Prepare materials and manage follow-ups for APAC Investment Leadership Team meetings.
• Represent APAC in global platform initiatives and steering groups.
