Job Title: Analyst/Senior Analyst, Investment and Asset Management

A fast-growing private equity real estate investment manager with a strong presence across key global markets is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its investment and asset management team. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm manages a diverse portfolio across multiple asset classes and collaborates with institutional investors, family offices, and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting and due diligence for real estate investment opportunities, including financial, tax, and legal analysis.
• Support senior team members in the execution of investment transactions.
• Prepare investment briefing materials and participate in investment committee meetings.
• Coordinate meetings and site visits with existing and potential stakeholders.
• Assist in investment monitoring, market research, asset management, and fundraising activities.

Qualifications & Experience
