Job description

Investment Approvals

• Manage the end-to-end investment approval process, including proposal reviews, HQ coordination, and scheduling approvals.
• Oversee post-approval actions to ensure smooth implementation.
• Approvals are managed at a country-level perimeter, defined in agreement with the Head of Investment and Strategy.

Economical valuation

• Being responsible of Economics valuation of greenfield projects using both internal TTE economic models and external model when relevant.
• Understand the full structure and logic of models, including inputs, assumptions, outputs, and sensitivities.

Strategy

• Conduct market research across Southeast Asian countries to identify acquisition targets and inform annual planning.
• Coordinate strategy and planning between local teams, the regional hub, and Paris HQ.
• Support new market entry initiatives when required.
• Set up and implement tools and processes across the Southeast Asian hub to allow the sales representative and country directors to get the most updated data intelligence available from the market to implement the scale strategy.

M&A

• Drive business expansion through greenfield and brownfield equity investments in renewable energy assets across APAC.
• Assist the Business Development team in structuring investments and evaluating their economic viability.
• Collaborate with internal functions (risk, legal, tax, accounting) to ensure successful investment execution.
• Engage with external counterparties to evaluate, structure, and finance both existing and new investments

Requirement

• At least 2 years relevant experience with a private equity firm or a renewable energy project developer
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Works well under pressure and with complexity, can be flexible to changes in business focus.
• Team player, good inter-personal, communication and listening skills.
• Competent with the use of Microsoft Power BI, Power Point, Word and Excel, knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus.
