Job summary

605 Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Investigator to join our Security and Investigations team in Singapore. You will conduct background checks on personnel, junkets and vendors, and lead investigations arising from daily security operations and loss prevention.

You will coordinate with local authorities, maintain compliant records, and cover duties of the Senior Investigator when needed. Strong leadership, communication and teamwork are essential to uphold our policies and protect

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the military/police service.
• Must have investigative experience and good knowledge of Criminal Law enforcement regulations.
• Resourceful, good communication skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks on personnel, junkets and vendors/retailers.
• Conduct investigations into incidents arising from daily security operations including loss prevention.
• Facilitate investigations relating to criminal activities with the local authorities.
• Ensure that the gathering of evidence on cases and the dissemination of information to local authorities/ external sources complies with Policies & Procedures and relevant legislation.
• Ensure that necessary records and files are maintained and reviewed on a regular basis for compliance purposes.
• Cover duties of the Senior Investigator, Investigations when required.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of Security or the Manager Investigations and in accordance with all Policies and Procedures, laws and regulations applicable to the Department.
