NTU's Office of Human Resources seeks an experienced investigator to conduct fair, thorough inquiries into allegations of misconduct, policy breaches, or grievances, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and presenting objective findings.

You will develop investigation plans, validate information with stakeholders, evaluate outcomes, and recommend disciplinary actions or corrective measures in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 6–8 years of investigations or related experience.
• Experience in end-to-end investigations and reporting.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and disciplinary processes.
• Excellent analytical and interviewing skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct independent investigations into allegations of employee misconduct, policy breaches, workplace grievances, conflicts of interest, fraud, unethical conduct, and whistleblowing matters.
• Develop investigation plans, identify evidence sources, conduct interviews, gather facts, and establish findings in objective, timely manner.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, line managers and stakeholders to obtain information, validate allegations, and assess evidence credibility.
• Evaluate investigation outcomes and provide findings, conclusions and recommendations, including disciplinary actions and risk mitigation.
• Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and maintain documentation of processes, evidence, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure investigations comply with university policies, employment laws, and principles of fairness.
• Manage multiple investigation cases concurrently and meet service standards.
• Identify trends, systemic risks, and propose policy or governance improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on investigation processes and workplace misconduct issues.
• Contribute to development of investigation frameworks and best practices.
