Job summary

SHAHANA TEH HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Store Keeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and promotional planning for the store. You will oversee goods in storage, maintain records, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail management, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work within opening hours, including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to correct storage areas.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store area.
• Monitor and take inventory regularly to compile orders.
• Maintain clear, organized records for reports and invoices.
• Verify goods arrived as per purchase and delivery notes.
• Store storage of food, beverage, and operational stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of storage facilities.
• Sign store requisitions by Department Heads and reconcile quantities.
• Enter requisitions into inventory management system.
• Post invoices using MMS (Material Management System).
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
• Follow internal controls and procedures for after-hours issues.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures for food and beverage items.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs.
• Assist Accounts Payable with cost discrepancies.
• Complete daily requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order and receive items.
