Job summary

YONG FU EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Inventory & Merchandising Executive to manage stock across outlets and warehouse, ensure FEFO compliance, and support promotional campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce expiry losses.

The role requires routine stock counts, reporting, and coordination of inter-outlet transfers to maintain optimal stock levels and healthy cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and stock accuracy across multiple locations.
• Ability to prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports and analyze discrepancies.
• Strong coordination with marketing and operations to align stock with promotions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks at outlets and warehouse.
• Perform stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement, aging stock, and stock turnover.
• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear aging or near-expiry inventory.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure FEFO procedures are followed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct random inventory audits.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managers regarding stock issues.
