Nurture Living is seeking an Inventory & Merchandising Executive in Singapore to manage stock across outlets and warehouse, drive efficient stock movements, and support marketing campaigns. You will monitor aging inventory, identify slow-moving items, and coordinate inter-store transfers to balance stock levels.

The role emphasizes FEFO compliance, regular reporting, and close collaboration with operations, warehouse, and store managers to ensure optimal inventory health and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and the warehouse.
• Perform stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement, aging stock, and stock turnover.
• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear aging or near-expiry inventory.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to prepare promotional materials.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) procedures are followed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct random inventory audits.
• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managers regarding stock issues.
