IDS Medical Systems (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Graduate/Entry-level professional in Supply Chain/Logistics to manage deliveries, update ERP dates, and ensure timely goods receipts.

You will liaise with Principals and Suppliers to confirm orders, support inventory counts, and contribute to sustainability reporting. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential. Qualificações

• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain/Inventory/Logistics management
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge with MS Office applications

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and liaise with Principals/Suppliers for deliveries confirmation to idsMED’s POs.
• Update and manage Confirmed Dates into idsMED’s ERP system.
• Ensure Principals/Suppliers’ commitments to deliveries are fulfilled; DIFOT.
• Create Goods Receipt Documents timely so that Goods Receipt process is smooth.
• Follow up with Warehouse and Engineering team to ensure successful Goods Receipt and Pre-D.
• Liaise with Principals/Suppliers for Goods Return
• Review and verify any inventory adjustment request with corresponding supporting documents prior to updating the system.
• Support physical inventory count and reconciliation of the count result.
• Continually strive to challenge the processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reduce cycle time and optimise cost of conducting business.
• Support management and cross-functional teams/internal stakeholders with reports, analysis, and updates.
• Gather and compute data required for Sustainability Programs.
• Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
