Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Intern to join our team in Kallang. You will learn to monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD), track lead times, and support end-to-end process improvements across the supply chain.

As an undergraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field, you will work with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI. You will collaborate with Sales, Offer Management, and Supply Chain to help deliver reliable

Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in Supply Chain Management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce CRM, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD): Track, analyze, and report OTD performance metrics to ensure products are delivered according to customer expectations and committed schedules.
Identify trends, root causes of delivery issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
End-to-End (E2E) Lead Time Management: Monitor and evaluate end-to-end lead times across the supply chain.
Analyze process performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduced delays.
Support Project Deployment: Coordinate and support project implementation activities to ensure successful deployment within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in resolving issues to achieve project objectives and business requirements.
Develop or maintain work instructions for process flows of each node of supply chain.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Offer Management, and Supply Chain team.
Support order expedition and on time delivery to customer aimed at improving business processes and sales.
