• Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce CRM, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD): Track, analyze, and report OTD performance metrics to ensure products are delivered according to customer expectations and committed schedules.
• Identify trends, root causes of delivery issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• End-to-End (E2E) Lead Time Management: Monitor and evaluate end-to-end lead times across the supply chain.
• Analyze process performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduced delays.
• Support Project Deployment: Coordinate and support project implementation activities to ensure successful deployment within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in resolving issues to achieve project objectives and business requirements.
• Develop or maintain work instructions for process flows of each node of supply chain.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Offer Management, and Supply Chain team.
• Support order expedition and on time delivery to customer aimed at improving business processes and sales.
