Job summary

Inside Lvmh is seeking a detail-oriented Data & Forecasting Associate to support spare parts stock management and forecasting. You will prepare reports, build Power BI dashboards, and analyze trends to anticipate atelier and market needs.

You will collaborate with atelier, retail teams, and quality to improve efficiency and stock processes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on analysis with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking safety stock levels for fast movers, slow movers, and rare spare parts.
• Support follow-up of stock allocation and replenishment to ensure timely availability.
• Contribute to monitoring spare part flows from France.
• Prepare and update reports/KPIs on stock levels and spare part usage.
• Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers for visibility of needs.
• Analyze trends to anticipate atelier and market requirements.
• Provide support to atelier and retail teams by gathering feedback on spare part requests.
• Facilitate training or knowledge-sharing sessions for retail teams on spare part processes.
• Collaborate with Care Services, Quality Manager and Spare Parts Specialist on efficiency improvements.
• Support reverse logistics or stock cleaning activities where required.
• Contribute to process improvement projects for smoother spare part management.
