Job summary

Naval Support Activity Singapore is seeking a Supply Clerk to support daily supply, inventory, procurement, and logistics operations. You will receive, store, issue, and deliver supplies, linen, amenities, FF&E, and other materials to support property operations.

You will maintain storerooms, ensure 98% inventory accuracy, document receipts and issues, and assist with procurement documentation. Strong MS Office skills and physical capability required.

Qualifications

• GCE N or O level or ITE qualifications with logistics or supply chain management.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license.
• Able to lift items up to 20 kg and operate forklifts if licensed.
• At least two years of field-related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue supplies and equipment.
• Maintain storerooms with 98% inventory accuracy.
• Maintain stock records and document receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct stock checks and support inventories.
• Prepare purchase requests and procurement docs.
• Operate company vehicles and forklifts when licensed.
• Generate inventory usage and stock level reports.
• Ensure safe handling and storage areas.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports.
• Assist with room inspections.
