Job summary

BeeX in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end material flow, from incoming parts to HAUV deployments, across Singapore and JB. You will lead the warehouse team, implement inventory controls, manage cross-border shipments, and ensure safety, compliance, and data integrity in Odoo.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of inventory, warehouse, or logistics management experience, with 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems (Odoo a plus), and warehouse processes.
• Experience with international logistics and cross-border shipments (Singapore–Malaysia).
• Familiarity with dangerous goods shipping (lithium batteries) and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across Singapore and Johor Bahru sites.
• Set stocking levels, safety stock, and reorder points for critical parts.
• Manage traceability for serialized parts, vehicles, and field equipment.
• Monitor inventory value, aging, and obsolete stock; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain data in the ERP system (Odoo).
• Lead the warehouse team and improve receiving, storage, and issuing processes.
• Coordinate HAUV shipments for tests, sea trials, and deployments (local and overseas).
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and hazardous goods handling.
• Report on inventory accuracy, stock availability, and logistics costs.
