Job summary

BEE X Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage HAUV parts, equipment, and logistics in our Singapore operations. You will receive, store, kit, and issue materials, ensuring accuracy and readiness for testing and client deployments.

You will work closely with Production Planning and QC teams, handle inventory via ERP, and support shipping between sites, with safety and 5S practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• ITE/Nitec or higher Nitec, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, stores, or inventory experience.
• Experience using ERP or inventory systems and basic Excel/Sheets.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and careful with stock movements.
• Able to lift moderate loads and work hands-on in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will keep the parts and equipment behind our HAUVs organised, accurate, and ready when needed. Our vehicles rely on many small, specialized, and often expensive components, including subsea connectors, crimps, fasteners, O-rings, PCBs, machined fittings, 3D-printed parts, cables, and batteries. One missing or mixed-up part can stop a build or a deployment. You will receive, store, kit, and issue materials, and help move vehicles and equipment for testing and client jobs. You will work closely with the Production Planner, QC, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Your Job Scope

Receiving and storage

• Receive incoming HAUV components and materials, check them against purchase orders, and pass items to QC for inspection where required.

• Label, bin, and store parts correctly, with extra care for sensitive items like PCBs (ESD handling), seals and O-rings, and precision-machined parts.

• Store and handle lithium batteries and other controlled items according to safety requirements.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, following 5S practices.

Kitting and issuing

• Prepare build kits for HAUV subassemblies and vehicle builds based on work orders and BOMs.

• Issue parts, consumables, and tools to technicians, and record every transaction accurately.

• Keep common stock replenished, including crimps, fasteners, heat shrink, cables, and 3D printing filament and resin.

Inventory control

• Update stock movements in our ERP system (e.g. Odoo) promptly and accurately.

• Carry out regular cycle counts and stock takes and investigate discrepancies.

• Flag low stock, damaged items, and slow-moving inventory to the Production Planner.

• Maintain traceability for serialized and batch-controlled parts.

Logistics and equipment handling

• Pack and prepare HAUVs, spares, tools, and support equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments, and unpack and check them on return.

• Coordinate shipments and transfers between the Singapore and Johor Bahru sites, including basic shipping and customs documents.

• Operate lifting equipment safely to move vehicles, pressure hulls, and heavy crates.

• Track loaned field equipment and follow up on returns.

Requirements

• ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered instead of formal qualifications.

• 1 – 3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory work, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, engineering, or marine environments.

• Experience using an ERP or inventory system, plus basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and careful in recording stock movements.

• Able to handle moderate lifting and work hands-on in a warehouse and workshop setting.

• Willing to support occasional early starts or field logistics for trials and deployments.

Good to Have

• Forklift license, or lifting and rigging certification.

• Experience with ESD-safe handling of electronic components.

• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling or shipping, especially lithium batteries.

• Experience with cross-border logistics between Singapore and Malaysia.

• Class 3 driving license.
