Job summary

Indoguna (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage daily stock records, cycle counts and warehouse movements. You will oversee third‑party and customer‑owned stock, ensuring accurate ERP/WMS entries and timely documentation in a fast‑paced food/FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, coordinating with multiple teams on stock availability, and supporting internal and external audits with robust reconciliation data.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in food/FMCG or cold-chain industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO and stock-taking.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory reporting.
• Experience managing third-party/customer-owned stock is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food safety, warehouse safety and product handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily inventory control activities and ensure stock records in the ERP/WMS are accurate and updated.
• Monitor inventory movements and stock transactions for accurate system recording and documentation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks to verify physical inventory against system balances.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Coordinate warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, stock transfers and dispatch.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organisation according to product, temperature and handling requirements.
• Coordinate with teams on stock availability, shortages and constraints affecting fulfillment.
• Coordinate third-party/customer-owned stock, reconcile records and maintain audit trails.
• Support audits by providing inventory records, reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
