Job summary

MLS Logistic Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse operations.

The role covers cycle counting, stock-taking, reconciliation and discrepancy investigations, with on-site support at hospitals or other inventory locations as required. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage system governance for SAP and WMS, and provide training to the operations team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or management.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, stock-taking and reconciliation.
• Experience using SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Plan and prepare cycle count and stock-take schedules.
• Generate count sheets and relevant documents for inventory-counting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange and carry out cycle counts and stock takes.
• Perform inventory reconciliation upon receiving completed count results.
• Conduct investigations into inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Review system transactions and documents during discrepancy investigations.
• Provide system governance for SAP and WMS software.
