Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous data entry and inventory coordinator to manage stock records for ERSS materials and equipment at our Tuas site in Singapore. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, document verification, and timely updates to ERP systems.

Candidates should have a diploma/degree in accounting or related fields, at least 3 years in data entry or warehouse administration, and strong Excel/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of data entry and inventory control experience.
• Experience in construction/ERSS industries is an advantage.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Maintain records of ERSS materials and equipment.
• Verify and process DO/GRN and related documents.
• Update inventory movement records for sites and stores.
• Generate inventory reports and support stock counts and audits.
