Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented inventory clerk to accurately key in delivery orders and maintain stock movement records.

You will generate reports, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure proper documentation in compliance with company procedures. The role offers a 9am to 6pm schedule with training provided, and an immediate start preferred. Strong data-entry skills and basic inventory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• At least a N-Level Certificate
• Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and documentation

Responsibilities

• Accurately key in delivery orders and other relevant documents into the inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement and transactions.
• Generate and update inventory or stock movement reports as required.
• Communicate with suppliers or internal departments to clarify order or stock issues.
• Support other clerical tasks as assigned, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Ensure all data entry and record-keeping follows company procedures and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
