Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Inventory Planner to generate weekly Oracle supply forecasts, monitor stock levels, and guide replenishment decisions. You will coordinate with suppliers, track POs, and ensure accurate receiving and invoicing while maintaining dashboards for team visibility.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory management, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to support process improvements and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business, or logistics.
• 3+ years in inventory management or similar role.
• Experience in supplier management, purchasing, and sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review Oracle forecasting/planning reports weekly.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and replenish as needed.
• Perform weekly inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Place replenishment orders and coordinate supplier lead times.
• Track end-to-end purchase orders and shipments.
• Ensure timely receiving and resolution of issues.
