Job summary

Bao Fast Foods SG PTE. LTD., part of The Lo and Behold Group, is seeking a hands-on office admin assistant in Singapore to support day-to-day operations, inventory tasks, and stock control.

You will manage SKU records, product details, pricing, and descriptions in the inventory system, and generate barcode labels to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include verifying stock against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies with barcodes or SKU data.

• 3–5 days work commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day office administration, including filing, record-keeping, and keeping documents organised.
• Create, update, and maintain SKU records in the inventory system, keeping product details, pricing, and descriptions accurate.
• Generate, print, and apply barcode labels for new and existing items, making sure each one matches the correct SKU.
• Check incoming stock against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with barcodes or SKU details.
