Maersk is seeking a leader to head the planning team responsible for stowage operations across Intra Asia services. You will optimise vessel capacity, cargo intake, crane intensity and asset utilisation while maintaining safe, compliant operations and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of stowage planning and intra-Asia networks.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Analytical, well-organised with ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance and deliver optimised stowage plans that improve capacity utilisation and crane productivity.
• Monitor vessel capacity, intake and utilisation, coordinating with Deployment and Network teams.
• Collaborate with regional operations and terminals to improve service delivery.
• Identify operational risks early and coordinate mitigations.
• Manage first-level escalations and ensure timely updates to leadership.
• Foster an engaging environment and support development.
• Plan resources, rosters and leave for effective deployment.
• Drive operational excellence through SOP improvements and new tech adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date stowage-planning capability and standards.
