Job summary

Maersk is seeking a senior leader to head the global Intra Trades Stowage organisation across Intra-Asia, Intra-Europe, and Intra-America feeder networks. You will shape strategic direction, drive vessel utilisation, and enable safe, efficient, commercially optimised solutions that improve customer outcomes and sustainability.

The role requires proven experience leading global teams, translating strategy into action, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global, cross-cultural and virtual teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of global stowage/feeder networks is a plus.
