Job summary

Maersk is recruiting for a senior leadership role to lead the global Intra Trades Stowage organization across Intra-Asia, Intra-Europe and Intra-America feeder networks. You will shape the strategic direction of stowage operations and enable safe, efficient and commercially optimised solutions that improve vessel utilisation and customer outcomes.

Lead the global stowage team, drive operational excellence, manage stakeholder alignment, and champion change initiatives, including technology

Qualifications

• Experience leading global, cross-cultural and virtual teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of vessel characteristics and feeder network design.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the mid- and long-term vision, strategy and performance objectives for Intra Trades Stowage across regions.
• Own network performance, vessel utilisation, cargo intake, cost efficiency, planning productivity and safety/compliance.
• Lead innovation, technology adoption and new ways of working.
• Align stakeholders across regions and partners to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Maintain organisation design, continuity, policy compliance and succession pipelines.
• Develop and coach stowage managers and teams to high performance.
• Oversee resource allocation across people, technology and finance.
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement across global operations.
