What you will be working on:
- Committee of Supply
- Support the planning and execution of media engagements, including logistical arrangements and on-site coordination with vendors.
- Assist in planning and creating marcomms products (infographics or videos) for announcements
- Supporting copywriting of social media posts Ramadan and Hari Raya Comms
- Support officers for the development of marcomms products for Ramadan and Hari Raya engagements (e.g buka puasa, qaryah engagements, prayers)
- Support officers for onsite staffing when needed
- Assist in creating the comms plan for events
- Assist officers in working with agencies or vendors
- Supporting copywriting of social media posts Media and events management
- Support comms for events which include but not limited to:
- Assist in drafting media materials
- Assist in putting together the comms plan and social media plan
- Assist in facilitating media interviews and media features
- Support media engagement
- Support onsite staffing when required
- Supporting M3+ Social Media Pages
- Support the management of M3+ social media
- Ideate and create content and assist to ensure greater outreach of M3+ announcements and events
- Support in copywriting of social media posts
What we are looking for:
- Good command of English and Malay
- Familiar with social media developments, including the latest TikTok trends
- Familiar with content creation tools for social media and design tools (Canva, Illustrator) (Optional)
- Able to multi-task and possesses a good attitude towards working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Able to think independently
- A strong team player
- Attuned to issues in the M/M community in the context of our multiracial and multireligious society
- Able to work weekends and weeknights (optional)
