Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• Experience with Canva and Illustrator is advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong independent thinking and teamwork mindset.
• Awareness of issues affecting the Malay/Muslim community in a multiracial society.
• Willingness to work weekends or weeknights if required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of media engagements, including on-site coordination with vendors.
• Assist in planning marcomms content (infographics or videos) for announcements.
• Support copywriting of social media posts for Ramadan and Hari Raya.
• Assist with developing marcomms content for Ramadan and Hari Raya engagements.
• Support on-site staffing for events as needed.
• Help create comms plans for events and work with agencies/vendors.
• Assist in drafting media materials and coordinating social media plans.
• Facilitate media interviews and media features where required.
• Assist in managing M3+ social media pages and content outreach.
