Job summary

AP TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics/order management professional to handle end-to-end order cycles for an assigned customer portfolio.

You will coordinate PO/SO processing, delivery scheduling, shipment, invoicing and customer follow-up, while ensuring accuracy in pricing and documentation. The role requires strong communication, meticulous organization, and knowledge of customs procedures. Experience with ERP systems and international shipments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales support or logistics coordination (FTA exposure preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order cycle for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for customers on order status, delivery, documentation and invoice queries.
• Prepare RFQ responses, quotations and pricing; upload approved quotations into ERP.
• Handle inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Process customer and intercompany purchase orders; manage order approvals and pricing before invoicing.
