Job summary

Porsche is seeking a motivated intern to join the Training Academy Team in Singapore. You will assist on projects, support the upcoming regional Training Academy at the future Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Singapore, and contribute to People Excellence and qualifications initiatives across Asia Pacific.

You will monitor training KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and collaborate with local market trainers and 13 Asia Pacific markets, gaining hands-on experience in training operations and change

Qualifications

• Study in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Prior internship preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Training Academy Team with various projects and tasks.
• Help set up the regional Training Academy in Singapore.
• Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and Aftersales Qualifications.
• Monitor training KPIs and generate monthly KPI reports.
• Collaborate with the 13 Asia Pacific markets, including Singapore.

Job description

• Assist the Training Academy Team with various projects and tasks
• Assist in the setup of the upcoming regional Training Academy located in the future Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Singapore
• Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and Aftersales Qualifications, including regional product and branding training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts
• Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers
• Opportunities to work directly with our 13 Asia Pacific markets including Singapore
  

Requirements

• Study in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any relevant other studies
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong team orientation with good intercultural understanding
