Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte Ltd is offering internship opportunities as Intern Finance within its Finance Team. The successful interns will support the Finance Team in day-to-day finance operations and procurement support across Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru and the Porsche Singapore Office.

Interns will assist with accounts payable/receivable, process service package claims, and help set up procurement workflows via the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team oriented, open-minded, organised and analytical.
• Able to work independently and in a diverse, intercultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
• Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.
• Support the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including vendor creation, tender process, and facilitating purchase request approvals.

The successful interns will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations and procurement support across both work locations: Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru (aftersales workshop) and Porsche Singapore Office.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities
• Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing
• Support the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation, tender process, and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals

Internship Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Supply Chain or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
• Required to perform work at Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru (Aftersales workshop)

Internship Duration: July 2026 - January 2027 (Negotiable)
