Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites you to join our HR team as an Intern Human Resources, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.

You will draft and post job descriptions, review candidate profiles, coordinate interviews, manage the Porsche Ambassador portfolio, conduct onboarding for new joiners, assist HR administration, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives while learning in a fast-paced luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Past internship experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work onsite at Porsche offices in 2026 and adapt to future relocation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and posting job descriptions on multiple job boards.
• Review candidate profiles and recommend potential hires to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and participate where appropriate.
• Manage the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including scheduling and welfare monitoring.
• Prepare onboarding for new joiners to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Support HR administration, processes, and employee inquiries.
• Assist in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, and support HR reporting.
• Support office management tasks as needed.

Intern Human Resources

Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards.
• Reviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.
• Managing the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing.
• Preparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
• Assisting with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
• Supporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.
• Supporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
• Supporting in office management tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.
• Past internship experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
• Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
• Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work onsite at both the Porsche main office at Guoco Midtown and the Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru in 2026. Please note that the Porsche Service Centre is planned to relocate to our new Porsche Experience Centre at Changi Aviation Park in early 2027 or earlier.
