Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. offers a 6-month internship starting January 2027 to support the sales operations team.

The role focuses on assisting in daily and periodic reporting, sales planning, and order management while fostering cross-border coordination within the Porsche Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate is a current Bachelor's/Master's student with a keen interest in the premium automotive industry, excellent English communication skills, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in premium automotive industry.
• Proficient English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support in daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales operations reporting.
• Assist in short-, mid-, and long-term sales planning processes.
• Support in order and quota management within general sales operations.
• Monitor and verify sales processes and KPIs.
• Coordinate business processes and projects between Porsche AG, Porsche Asia Pacific, and 13 APAC countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's student in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy or Industrial Engineering
• High interest in premium automotive industry
• Fluency in written and spoken English with good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
