Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking an Intern Talent Acquisition Specialist to gain hands-on exposure to the complete candidate lifecycle from attraction to onboarding. You will support employer branding by capturing and creating visual content from events, and collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers.

  • Support talent pipeline programs end-to-end, including campus events and career fairs.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding and intern engagement activities.
  • Capture event photos/videos and create short clips for internal/external platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive intern experience.

Intern – Talent Acquisition Specialist (6‑Month Attachment, Singapore)

About The Role

As an Intern Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full candidate lifecycle – from attraction to onboarding and engagement. You will also support our employer branding efforts by capturing and creating visual content from events.


You Will


  • Support strategic talent pipeline programs end-to-end, including:

  • Career fairs and campus/STEM outreach events

  • Interview scheduling and coordination

  • Onboarding, engagement and offboarding activities for interns and early‑career talents

  • Drive employer branding and outreach, by:

  • Taking photos and videos at career fairs and STEM outreach events

  • Creating short videos and visual content for sharing on internal and external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, career site)

  • Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and intern experience

  • Assist with HR operations and reporting related to internship programs, when required


Required Profile


  • Currently pursuing a Degree from local accredited institution, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related disciplines

  • Able to commit minimum 3 months of internship.

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR and campus recruitment

  • Video editing and photography skills:

    • Comfortable capturing event photos and short video clips

    • Familiar with basic video editing tools/software (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable interacting with students, candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Organized, proactive and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
