Job summary

Grab is recruiting a full-time internship in the People Operations team to support Talent Acquisition in Singapore. You will manage the hiring process, engage with a global talent pool, and report on activities onsite at Grab's Singapore One North office from January to June 2027.

You will gain experience across sourcing, screening, offer management and process optimization, with exposure to recruitment platforms and AI tools. This internship emphasizes collaboration and operational impact.

Qualifications

The People Operations (Pops) team attracts extraordinary talent that makes up the Grab family. In our tight-knit Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape a future and play an important role in Grab's growth.

You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent workforce. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner onsite at Grab's Singapore One North office.

This is a full-time internship from January to June 2027, and you will be fully on-site.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will gain experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer management.
• You will assess candidates through structured screening and refine criteria in hiring debriefs.
