Position Summary:
You’ll gain valuable exposure to service sales across the diverse portfolio of our global business, while also engaging in regional projects that provide strategic insight and cultural awareness. Additionally, you will develop a solid understanding of sales fulfilment and play a key role in supporting these processes.
The department is responsible for managing lead-to-order activities across parts, swing engines, extended coverage, value care agreement, field service, overhaul, and repairs. It works closely with internal stakeholders in finance, legal, operations, and logistics to convert enquiries into orders, while also supporting and guiding strategic growth across the APAC network.
Supporting business data analysis and prepare content for sales presentations and solution development
Attending regular team meetings and contributing to meeting governance
Managing specific customer accounts, including first-time handling, reviewing engineering specifications, and coordinating with internal technical teams
Assisting in the end-to-end order management process, including service job handovers, verifying service reports, and preparing quotations
Supporting evaluation of service opportunities by analysing customer needs and conducting life cycle costing based on installed engine base
