Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction in Singapore seeks a hands-on BIM assistant to create and refine 3D architectural BIM models using Revit. You will align models with architects’ changes, coordinate with designers, and produce documentation for construction elements.

Ideal candidates have an architecture/BIM background, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Singaporean eligibility applies. On-site location in Singapore at The Signature, Changi Business Park.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and developing 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Maintain, update, and refine BIM models based on architects’ instructions, design changes, or client feedback.
• Assist in reviewing architectural BIM models to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and other engineering disciplines to support coordinated project models.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation for architectural project elements.
• Participate in BIM coordination discussions and support model integration tasks as required.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management, and adherence to BIM standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Architecture, BIM, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of architectural drafting or building design concepts.
• Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage (training provided).
• Willingness to learn BIM workflows, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to follow established modelling standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and positive learning attitude.
