Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction in Singapore is seeking a BIM-focused professional to assist in developing and managing BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. You will work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other BIM tools to create, update and coordinate digital models.

You will support engineers and architects in clash detection, documentation, model audits and ensuring standards. The role requires collaborative work in multi-disciplinary teams and a commitment to digital

Qualifications

• Background in BIM Architecture, Civil, or MEP engineering.
• Basic understanding of BIM concepts and 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
