Labcorp Singapore is seeking an Intern - QC Reviewer (BioAnalytical) to join our team for a 20+ week, full-time onsite internship from Jan to Jun 2027. The role involves stamping Workbooks, updating the workload tracker, and reviewing records for GDP compliance and accuracy.

You will assist with SoftMax data verification, NSTE e-Workbook reviews, SDG record verification, and general document management while working under the QC Supervisor and lab scientists.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related Bachelor's degree programs.
  • Other degree programs can also be considered.
  • Proficient in Excel and data organization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily controlled stamping of Workbooks Documents (WDs).
  • Update the QC Team Workload Tracker daily.
  • Review experiment records for completeness, accuracy, traceability, and GDP compliance.
  • Conduct SoftMax data verification by comparing assay plate information against Watson-uploaded data.
  • Perform Non-Study e-Workbook reviews to ensure documentation quality.
  • Conduct SDG reviews and verify supporting records are accurate and complete.
  • Support document management activities including forms scanning, tracking, and archival.
  • Generate and apply form label stickers for document identification.
  • Conduct in-laboratory reviews to ensure records are properly completed and filed.
  • Perform data entry, workload calculations, and capacity analysis for QC review activities.

Internship Details
  • Duration: at least 20 weeks, full-time (Onsite)
  • Dates of Internship: Jan - Jun 2027
  • Compensation: Paid internship
  • Eligibility: Final-year students who are expected to graduate in Jul/Aug 2027 are preferred. However, students at all academic levels who are pursuing relevant fields of study are encouraged to apply.

This position reports to the QC Supervisor and interfaces with study coordinators and lab scientists. Internship Assignment Summary
  • Perform daily controlled stamping of Workbooks Documents (WDs).
  • Update the QC Team Workload Tracker daily
  • Review experiment records (Workbooks Documents (WDs)) for completeness, accuracy, traceability, and compliance with laboratory procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Conduct SoftMax data verification by comparing assay plate information against Watson-uploaded data and identifying discrepancies.
  • Perform Non-Study e-Workbook (EWB) reviews to ensure documentation quality and adherence to internal requirements.
  • Conduct SDG (Sample Delivery Group) reviews and verify supporting records are accurate and complete.
  • Support document management activities, including forms scanning, forms tracking, forms archival.
  • Generate and apply form label stickers to support document identification and traceability.
  • Conduct in-laboratory reviews of forms to ensure records are properly completed, filed, and maintained.
  • Perform data entry, workload calculations, and capacity analysis to support resource allocation, workload balancing, and timely completion of QC review activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related Bachelor's degree programs.
  • Other degree programs can also be considered

  • Proficient in Excel (basic features and tools).
  • Able to organize data and documents effectively.
