Key Responsibilities

This internship focuses on driving AI-led transformation within the Commercial function. The intern will work across the full Commercial Function identifying high-impact AI use cases and piloting practical tools and workflows. Responsibilities include assessing current processes, evaluating AI solutions, running pilots, enabling adoption and supporting pipeline analytics and reporting automation. The role culminates in developing a comprehensive AI playbook, tools guide, and business case to enable scalable adoption. The intern’s work will directly enhance speed, decision quality, and innovation effectiveness across the organization.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, curious, and comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology. They should demonstrate structured problem-solving, strong research capability, and the ability to translate insights into practical workflows. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) and data analysis is preferred, along with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools. Strong communication skills are essential for stakeholder interviews, documentation, and executive presentations. The candidate must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple pilots simultaneously. Interest in innovation, product development, or commercial strategy—ideally in logistics, aviation, or related industries is highly advantageous.
