Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Intern for Customer Insights & AI to analyze passenger and customer data across regions, develop reports and visualizations, and support data-driven decisions in our CRM and AI projects.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging Salesforce and Office tools to turn insights into actionable recommendations that enhance customer experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization techniques, and research using academic or industry publications.
• Strong interest in data analytics, customer insights, and AI applications in business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze passenger and customer data across key regions (China, Europe, United States, and Asia) to identify trends, behavioral patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop reports and visualizations to monitor changes in passenger profiles, customer preferences, and operational performance indicators.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics tools and industry research papers to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support CRM initiatives by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing customer data from platforms such as Salesforce.

4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation development), and Word (report writing).


5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different stakeholders.
