Job summary

GrabRentals, Grab's in-house vehicle rental business, offers a fully onsite Marketing and Partnerships Internship in Singapore. This six-month, full-time role starts January 2027 and is based at Grab@OneNorth.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, and the ride-hailing and vehicle rental industry. You will contribute to impactful campaigns, support co-branded projects, and work across teams to drive brand awareness and partnerships with driver-partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with focus on marketing or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab across channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Singapore market.
• Support execution and measurement of co-branded campaigns and partnerships with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and supporting marketing and partnership events, ensuring brand alignment.

GrabRentals is Grab's in-house vehicle rental business, providing private-hire cars and taxis to driver-partners on daily rental contracts. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Partnership Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

Get to Know the Role

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in marketing, partnerships, and the dynamic ride‑hailing and vehicle rental industry. You will contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, partnership projects, and driver‑focused projects. This is a fully onsite role based at Grab@OneNorth, and a full‑time internship that runs from January 2027 (6 months).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab, creating engaging content across social media and digital channels to grow brand awareness.
• You will conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, map the driver lifecycle, and pinpoint specific areas for service optimization.
• You will support the execution and tracking of co‑branded projects and partnerships, providing data‑driven insights to evaluate their effectiveness.
• You will collaborate across Product, Operations, and Business teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery and impactful results.
• You will take an active role in the organisation and execution of marketing and partnership events, ensuring that you achieve logistical requirements and brand goals.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You are a current Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with specialisation in digital marketing, social media strategies, and creative conceptualization.
• You have a logical and structured thought process, with the ability to distil complex concepts into simple, relevant messages for diverse partners.
• You display the readiness to take ownership of tasks and adapt your approach as project requirements change.
• You have a collaborative mindset and basic data analysis skills, allowing you to work well with partners and find insights from marketing metrics.
• You understand the Singapore market and local consumer trends; prior experience with the ride‑hailing or vehicle rental industry would be advantageous.
